Invigilator says
"Anything else besides your pencil, pen, student card, and your apple, should be placed underneath your table."
And I laughed till the adult Masters student turned back and laughed together with me =)

Why apple???
we're allowed to bring food to exams.
so he's just saying that food like apple can be placed on the table besides stationery.
i thought apple referred to like, iPhone apple
